Kharadi real estate on the growth track

Kharadi has a new identity now with major IT complexes, corporate offices, and new residential developments coming up. Initiated as a project to develop the land on a private public partnership by the local developers and PMC, Kharadi is the result of orderly development of a vast chunk of barren land.
Kharadi, situated in the eastern part of Pune and along the Kharadi-Hadapsar Bypass, has the unique distinction of being accessible from three focal points of commercial importance, Nagar Road, Sholapur Road and Mundhwa/Koregaon Park.

Kharadi has been able to generate enough interest in the premium housing category which is quite evident from the recent success. Kharadi has seen such a huge transformation. Proximity to the airport and prime locations such as Koregaon Park, Kalyani Nagar, Viman Nagar has added to the advantage of Kharadi. Today, Kharadi has seen a lot of infrastructure development with the six-lane highway coming up here is the latest addition. Quality schools and colleges have already set their base here. Also Kharadi is a closer option for people working in the industrial area of Ranjangaon.
Many top-end residential projects are coming up at Kharadi. Its connectivity to the airport and other major parts of the city is also another reason for its development. The rates are also reasonable at present.”
Hrishikeish Shirodkar, director and CEO of Pashankar Group, believes Kharadi is a role model for entire Pune. “The roads, infrastructure, electricity, water supply, drainage was pre-planned before development. It is well connected to international airport and the two highways. It is also in close proximity to industrial and technology zones like Viman Nagar, Sanaswadi and Hadapsar.”
